The future (at least the future of daybeds) is here. The Zero Day Bed from Fanstudio measures a little over 7 feet and offers daydreamers a luxurious outpost. A shell of glass or carbon fiber covers the bed and can be mechanically opened and closed.  The interior reveals fine Italian furnishings, which include a reclining back and 360-degree rotation to help you find the best view.

The Zero Day Bed also features its own integrated sound system, smartphone, tablet, and laptop docks. There is even an illuminated champagne bucket hidden under the center of the mattress so you can toast to your wonderful life.

No word on bulletproof capabilities, but the makers can probably accommodate that request for those who need it.
