One Arizona mansion priced at $35 million might set a new state record if it sells at its asking price. The elaborate home is owned by Robert Sussman, who founded the NYC-based hedge-fund company Bentley Capital Management.
Set on 12 acres of gated land in Paradise Valley between Phoenix and Scottsdale, the main home spans more than 30,000 square feet with five bedrooms, a domed ceiling, and twin stairways at the entrance.
An incredible master suite redefines luxury with a sitting room, an office, a kitchenette, his-and-hers closets, multiple terraces, and even a hair salon. An indoor basketball court, a movie theater, and a hair salon are also part of the expansive home.
Basketball fans will also be pleased to find that the indoor court sports a skybox and an electronic scoreboard, which is perfect for a rousing game with friends and family. Outdoors the opportunities for entertainment continue with a swimming pool and his-and-hers pool houses. There’s also a three-bedroom guesthouse complete with its own infinity pool.
Sussman said that he’s selling because he wants to spend more time in California with his family.
