Winner of eight grand slam singles tennis titles Ivan Lendl has put his 450-acre estate in Litchfield County, Conn. on the market with a price tag of $19.75 million.

The four-floor, 10-bedroom, 12-bathroom home also features an 1,800 square-foot gym, and exercise room, basketball courts, and, of course, tennis courts. If stairs are not your thing, you can use the elevator to navigate the floors of the house. Also on the property is a horse barn and guest home.

The home also has a library and a large open professional kitchen with the latest in modern appliances. The master bedroom has a fireplace and dressing room.

The retired tennis legend purchased the property in the late 1980s. He originally tried to sell the estate in 2005 with the list price set at $25 million. He is now testing the market with the lower price.
